A method for exchanging data between nodes by using dynamic P2P(Peer to Peer) and a system thereof are provided to maximize the efficiency of a network bandwidth usage and make it possible to reduce a maintaining cost by minimizing a network of a server. A method for exchanging data between nodes by using dynamic P2P(Peer to Peer) comprises the following several steps. A state of each client node is checked in real time and state information of the each client node is extracted wherein the state information includes an identifier, a position, a distance and a movement speed of each node(S110). The position of each client node is calculated by using the identifier information of each client node(S120). A distance between a specific client node and other node is calculated by using the position of each client node(S130). Based on the distance between the specific client node and other node, a priority of each client node as compared with the specific client node is determined(S140).
