<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the manufacturing efficiency of a wiring harness even if cable protection is necessary, in a cable bundling tool applied to the wiring harness for a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This cable bundling tool 11 comprises a lower-side component 12 that bundles cables and is formed into a semicircle cross section gutter shape, and a lid component 13 that is fit to the lower-side component 12, accommodates the cables, and is formed into a semicircle cross section gutter shape. Five pieces of cable locking protrusions 15 are vertically protrusively formed on the internal peripheral surface of a lower-side body 14 at intervals. This configuration allows the bundling and protection of the cables to be simultaneously performed. Accordingly, even if the cable protection is necessary, the manufacturing efficiency of the wiring harness can be improved. The cable is brought into a bent state by the cable locking projections 15, and the adhesion of the cable to the cable bundling tool 11 is increased, thus making the installation position of the cable bundling tool 11 hardly displaced in the cable longitudinal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
