<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate-compressor capable of accelerating heat radiation between a piston body side spherical bearing and a shoe, capable of forming a suitable oil film in a sliding part between the shoe and a swash plate, and capable of improving seizure resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The swash plate-compressor 10 includes the swash plate 16 attached to a rotating driving shaft 12 in such a manner of capable of varying a tilt angle; a piston 20 having a piston body 22 and a piston bottom part 24 forming a space between the piston body 22 and it into which the swash plate 16 can be loosely inserted, and reciprocated to an axial direction of the driving shaft 12 by rotation of the swash plate 16; a pair of hemispheric shoes 36 and 38 into which the swash plate 16 is inserted between plane parts 36B and 38B; and the body side spherical bearing part 26 formed on the piston body 22 side and slidably supporting a spherical surface 36A of the shoe 36. A fin 30 comprising a recession 32 and projections 34 and 35 increasing the surface area is formed on a surface 23 between a peripheral surface part 22A of the piston body 22 and the body side spherical bearing part 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
