A support for making a flower bed integrally formed with a plurality of water channel grooves to store a predetermined amount of water and a water meter inside the water channel grooves to display the amount of flowing water is provided. The support does not require frequent watering, helps the consumer to know when the plants in the flower bed need to be watered and prevents overlapping supply of water. In the support for making a flower bed with a partition wall(11) inside a body(1) made of synthetic resin such as polypropylene foam to plant various plants or flowers by forming a plurality of planting spaces(12), each water channel groove(2) is formed on a bottom surface inside the plurality of planting spaces and connected. One or more end jaws are also formed at the upper end part of the water channel groove to install a cover(3) with one or more holes(31) and a wick(32) at the end jaws. A water meter(5) is also installed inside the water channel groove to display the amount of flowing water.
