MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FILM FOR POLARIZER AND PROTECTING INFORMATION

A method of manufacturing a polarization film or information protecting film is provided to easily form the polarization film having a pattern of dozens of nano-width and easily adjust a height of a metallic layer through electroplating. A transparent electrode film(25) is formed on one surface of a transparent substrate(10). A pattern(30) of polymer material is formed on the electrode film through nano-imprint lithography. A metallic layer(40) is formed between the polymer patterns through electroplating. A transparent protective film(50) is formed on the polymer pattern and the metallic layer. The transparent electrode film is made of indium tin oxide.
