PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method, an information processing program, and a computer readable recording medium for recording the program capable of sending and receiving text data for data exchange between information processors in a short time and with efficiency in such a way that, even if the text data contain the same character data as delimiters, there is no possibility of reading errors as to characters used in delimiting and the same character data as these delimiters. SOLUTION: The information processor includes a conversion means which, if text data contain the same character data as delimiters, converts the character data into particular character arrangement data showing information on the arrangement of the character data; an assembly means for listing the data obtained by the conversion, while delimitting the data using the delimiters; a breaking means for breaking the data assembled by the assembly means into data delimitted by the delimiters; and a reverse conversion means for grouping the data for every line of words according to particular character arrangement data.
