PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a display apparatus by more than that of the conventional types. SOLUTION: The display apparatus has a display panel, a plurality of first semiconductor chips mounted in a first direction on a peripheral part of a first side of a substrate which constitutes the display panel, and a first power source wiring layer provided on the peripheral part of the first side of the substrate. The positions of the bump electrodes of the first semiconductor chips, respectively disposed at one end part and the other end part in the first direction, both connected to the first power source wiring layer, are different from each other.
