PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process of a thermoplastic resin composition which is excellent in transparency, heat-resistant properties, impact-resistant properties and toughness, and, particularly, which is free from the dispersion failure caused by the incorporation of a rubber component. SOLUTION: The production process of the thermoplastic resin composition is characterized by melting and kneading a thermoplastic resin (A1) and a rubbery material-containing polymer (B) in advance, and then additionally supplying a thermoplastic resin (A2) followed by melting and kneading them, to produce a thermoplastic resin composition comprised of the thermoplastic resin (A) and the rubber containing polymer (B).
