PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user of an alarm in place of a portable telephone in accordance with the arrival of date and hour registered in a portable telephone. SOLUTION: In a communication apparatus 10, when e-mail including date and hour information of an alarm registered in the portable telephone 6 is received from the portable telephone 6 through a communication line 50, an alarm managing means 15C registers alarm setting corresponding to the date and hour information of the e-mail in a storing part 14, and an alarm notifying means 15E performs prescribed alarm notification in accordance with the arrival of the date and hour of the alarm setting.
