PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence with crime prevention alarm easy to attach, which can emit an alarm buzzer sound by application of downward stress to a fence upper handrail part, a fence bar and a fence surface part by an intruder in spite of the same appearance as that of a generally used fence for veranda or the like, and maintain a weather-tight structure and performance. SOLUTION: A U-shaped handrail cover 3 is fitted from the upper surface of an upper fixed beam 2 both ends of which are fixed to two struts 1 erected with a space to constitute a structure for operating a switch 9a by narrowing the space between the position of the switch 9a with an alarm 9 provided on the ceiling part within the U-shaped handrail cover 3 and the upper fixed beam 2 according to the downward movement of a handrail direct-connected bar 5.
