PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for driving a display panel with a simple configuration without using an OE (Output Enable) signal. SOLUTION: A scanning line driving circuit 16 disposed in a display device is equipped with a DFF (D-Flip Flop) 22-1 for inputting an image signal (DATA) 20, a DFF 22-2 connected to output Q1 of the DFF 22-1, a DFF 22-3 connected to output Q2 of the DFF 22-2, a DFF, not shown in Figure, connected to output Q3 of the DFF 22-3, and a DFF 22-n connected to a final stage. AND circuits 26-1 to 26-n are connected to the outputs of these DFFs 22, and a common clock signal (CLK) 24 is inputted to the each DFF 22 and the each AND circuit 26. The respective holding values of the DFFs 22 are respectively sequentially delayed and shifted to the DFF 22 of the next stage in response to the clock signal 24. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
