PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruded shaped member-caulking device capable of strongly and securely caulking a pair of extruded shaped members having a required cross-sectional shape. SOLUTION: An extruded shaped member-caulking device 20 caulks a pair of extruded shaped members 1a, 1b. The caulking device 20 includes a crawler C2 and a crawler C1 (a guiding body). The crawler C2 is arranged approximately along the extruding direction of one end part of one extruded shaped member 1a of the extruded shaped member, and provided with a pair of front and rear sprocket rollers 32, 34 and an endless belt 40 wound along the outer periphery of the sprocket rollers 32, 34. The crawler C1 (a guiding body)is arranged approximately along the extruding direction of one end part of the other extruded shaped member 1b of the extruded shaped members and at an approximately symmetrical position with the crawler C2, and provided with sprocket rollers 30, 33 and an endless belt 41.
