PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize the time zone of a high working rate and the time zone of a low working rate in each model at a glance. SOLUTION: The management device 140 is provided with a working rate calculation means 142 for calculating the working rate of each model for each prescribed time zone, a working rate storage means 145 for storing the calculated working rate for each model, and output means 147 and 148 for outputting the transition conditions of the working rates of the plurality of model based on stored information together. A time zone specifying means 142 for specifying the time zone in which the working rate is equal to or higher than a prescribed working rate and/or equal to or lower than the prescribed working rate for each model on the basis of the stored information of the working rate storage means 145 is provided. The output means 147 and 148 make the output form of the time zone specified in the time zone specifying means 142 different from the output form of the time zone other than the specified time zone and output the transition conditions of the working rate.
