PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device capable of improving productivity while facilitating filling of a resin. SOLUTION: An electronic device 101 is composed of a base body 10 in which a cavity 13 is formed of a base 11 and a frame 12 provided on a main face of the base 11, an integrated circuit element 20 provided inside the cavity 13, and the resin 30 filled between the base body 10 and the integrated circuit element 20.
