PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an apparatus to be relocated with electrical connection held even to a place where a surplus length of a cable can't be utilized. SOLUTION: Multiple pairs of a first terminal 3A and a second terminal 3B are arranged in one base area 2A on an insulation base 2 with electrical connection held, where the first terminal 3A and the second terminal 3B form one terminal 3; and multiple pairs of a third terminal 4A and a fourth terminal 4B are arranged in the other base area 2B on the insulation base 2 with electrical connection held, where the third terminal 4A and the fourth terminal 4B form the other terminal 4.
