PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an agricultural spreader composition having excellent low-temperature stability and handleability and high safety. SOLUTION: The agricultural spreader composition comprises (A) a quaternary ammonium salt type cationic compound, (B) a nonionic surfactant, (C) a polyhydric alcohol, (D) a monohydric alcohol and (E) water and has≥20 wt.% of the component (D), wherein the weight ratio of the component (C)/(E) is in a specific range and the flash point is≥21°C.
