PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detectable compound comprising a first compound which is bonded to an electrochemiluminescent compound by a covalent bond and chemically transformable. SOLUTION: The compound is used for measuring the object to be analyzed in a sample and contains an electrochemiluminescent marker containing a metal coordination complex. In the compound, the marker is bonded to a catalyst substrate selected fromβ-lactams andβ-nicotinamide adenine cofactors, but it is different from a catalyst product corresponding to the catalyst substrate in ability for generating the electrochemiluminescence in the electrochemiluminescent marker by reacting with the electrochemiluminescent marker. The compound is useful for a method and a kit for monitoring the state of the first compound and taking out information by the monitoring. The figure shows a proposal mechanism of ECL which describes reaction steps relating to use of TPA as a non-conjugated reductant. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
