PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article conveying facility capable of certainly preventing collision of traveling bodies with each other. SOLUTION: On each of two traveling bodies 3 provided in such a state that they are arranged in a longitudinal direction of a traveling rail 6, a pair of front and rear traveling wheels 20 arranged at an interval in the longitudinal direction of the traveling rail 6; a traveling drive means 22 for driving at least one of the pair of traveling wheels 20; and a traveling braking means 21 for braking at least one of the pair of traveling wheels 20 are provided. Each of the two traveling bodies 3 is constituted such that braking force obtained on each of the pair of traveling wheels 20 when they are braked so as to be decelerated is made different in the state in which braking force when it is braked so as to be decelerated in such a state that it travels in an approaching direction of a side approaching to the adjacent traveling body 3 is made larger than braking force when it is braked so as to be decelerated in the state in which it travels in a leaving direction of a side leaving from the adjacent traveling body 3.
