PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably retain large and small left drive wheels (11, 18), to prevent them from being popped out even if it is reversely rotated and to eliminate injury of a wheel (20). SOLUTION: A slide groove (6) is provided such that a tooth stop roller (3) can forwardly/rearwardly slide and it can be fitted to sizes of the large and small drive wheels (11, 12, 18, 19) by forwardly/rearwardly moving a slide arm (7) connected to a slide arm rod (16). It is stably retained and when the drive wheels start to be rotated, even if the tooth stop auxiliary roller (14) is reversely rotated at starting, it is not popped out. Since a contact surface of inclination type left and right lateral slide prevention rollers (4, 5) is formed in an oblique shape, power can be stably taken out from the large and small drive wheels (11, 12, 18, 19) during rotation without contacting with the wheel (20).
