PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for capturing and killing bees in which bees can safely and surely be captured and killed by making shape and structure of wasp-capturing and killing tool well coincide with site and state of prepared nests. SOLUTION: The tool for capturing and killing bees comprises: a rod 11 for slidably expanding and contracting to a plural of stages; an insecticide-spraying nozzle 13 provided at the top of the rod 11a in a first stage; a supporting wire 19 fixed on both sides of a lock nut 12 for locking a slide between the rod 11a in the top stage and the rod 11b in a second stage and extending in U-shaped state; a bracket 21 in which a plate material fixed to the top of the supporting wire 19 is formed in U-shaped state; a pin 23 passed and prepared between opposed faces of the bracket 21; a torsion spring 22 swingably charged into the pin 23; a butterfly-shaped frame body 24 extending from each end of the torsion spring 22 and curved in U shape; and a capturing net 25 attached around the butterfly-shaped frame body 24; wherein the open angle of the butterfly-shaped frame body 24 is constituted so as to be freely changeable in a range of 120 to 330°in order to change the size of the butterfly-shaped frame body 24.
