A front face (5) is arranged at one end face of the drinks tin (1) made from plastic which forms a drinks spout. The tin is filled on the side opposing the drinks spout and subsequently sealed with a film, or a film like reinforced preformed lid. The drinks spout may be opened with an opening flap (3), wherein the opening flap (3) may be partly separated from the front face (13) along a curved weakened line (6) as pre-determined breaking point defining the drinks spout and pivoted backwards about a film hinge (10) by 180°. The opening flap (3) is held in the pivoted position by clip elements (16). The opening flap (3) comprises a curved lip (12) projecting downwards along the moving edge region thereof, opposite the film hinge (10). The lower edge thereof forms the curved weakened line (6) with the front face. The radius of curvature of the lip (12) increases from the lower edge thereof against the opening flap such that on reclosing the opening flap (3) a sealing closure is formed and the opening flap clips into the closed position by means of a projection (14). |
