A method and an apparatus for dyeing fabrics are provided to perform a dyeing process by passing the fabrics through the vapour with high temperature, thereby enhancing clearness and uniformity of the dyeing. A vapour generator(102) supplies the vapor of 100 to 110 degrees centigrade to a vapor circulating duct(101). A vapor injection member(103) is installed at the upper portion of a fabric(F) transferred from the inside of a dyeing room(100) and injects the vapor introduced from the vapor circulating duct to the fabric. A vapor suction member(104) is installed at the lower portion of the fabric transferred from the inside of the dyeing room and sucks in the vapor so that the vapor injected from the vapor injection member is penetrated to the fabric. A circulation fan(105) is installed at the vapor circulation duct and moves the vapor with the predetermined speed. The vapor flowing the vapor circulation duct is continuously circulated in the vapor circulation duct. |
