Provided is a hand gripper having horizontal members and an inclined member, thereby enabling a user to strengthen user's hand gripping force using a resilient force. The hand gripper includes first and second horizontal members(10,10') formed in parallel to each other and an inclined member(20) integrally formed with the first and second horizontal members. One end portion of the inclined member is curvedly connected to an end portion(11) of the first horizontal member, and the other end portion of the inclined member is curvedly connected to an end portion(11') of the second horizontal member in an inclined direction. The hand gripper is formed in one structure by injection molding plastic. A connecting portion in which the horizontal members are connected to the inclined member is formed in an arc shape.
