PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive holding unit of a seat belt tang used in parking for canceling and facilitating procedures to attachment of a usual seat belt. SOLUTION: A stopper 1 is mounted to the corresponding position where pulling/returning of the seat belt can be limited at a bezel part 8 of a center pillar for drawing out the seat belt for giving sufficient relaxing by gravity to a door side side surface of the seat by a required amount such that the seat belt does not become obstruction for getting on/off the vehicle. Further, in use of the seat belt, usual attachment of the seat belt is performed while gripping the tang 5 from the holding unit 3 of the seat belt tang mounted to a position where a door side hand is lowered in a driving attitude facing the front side.
