<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a race track type coreless coil having excellent characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A device 100 for manufacturing the coreless coil is obtained by winding a wire rod 2 on a lathe-track winding jig 1. The device 100 for manufacturing the coreless coil has a spindle shaft 4 rotated around the shaft, and winding-jig supporting mechanisms 22 and 27 supporting the winding jig 1 at the end of the spindle shaft 4 so that a cross section in the shaft rectangular direction of the spindle shaft 4 is formed in a rathe-track shape. The device 100 further has a wire-rod correcting mechanism 7 pushing the thick part 83 of the wire rod 2 wound on a linear section 81 in the winding jig 1 against the linear section 81 while being heated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
