<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonmagnetic toner having excellent fluidity and high image definition and high resolution effects, free of in-machine scattering, occurrence of image defects such as fogging and voids and filming even when used in a high-speed machine (an image forming apparatus having a high image forming speed), excellent in cleanability on a photoreceptor, and capable of stably forming high quality images which faithfully reproduce image information over a prolonged period of time, a two-component developer including the toner and an image forming apparatus using those. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 1 comprises an image forming section 2, a paper feed section 3 and an image read section 4 and forms an image with toner, wherein the toner is the nonmagnetic toner having a particle diameter D<SB>10V</SB>and a particle diameter D<SB>90V</SB>which satisfy formula: 0.415≤(D<SB>10V</SB>-D<SB>90V</SB>)/D<SB>10V</SB>≤0.475, having a particle diameter D<SB>50V</SB>of 5-8 μm and containing toner particles having a particle diameter of ≤5 μm in an amount of 15-35% by number, wherein D<SB>10V</SB>, D<SB>50V</SB>and D<SB>90V</SB>are particle diameters at which cumulative volume from the larger particle diameter side in a cumulative volume distribution become 10%, 50% and 90%, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
