<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure pump equipped with a reservoir communicating with a fuel to be supplied to an internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: This pump 7 comprises a body 16 including a cell 17, and at least one pump element 13 moving inside a cylinder 12 communicating with the cell 17 so as to increase a pressure of the fuel.
