<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of maintaining high transfer efficiency for a long period without increasing a transfer current, producing a favorable images and particularly suitable for a color electrophotographic device. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer on a support, wherein the surface layer of the photoreceptor contains organopolysiloxane having a repeating structural unit α, a repeating structural unit β and a branched repeating structural unit γ. The present invention provides a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device having the above electrophotographic photoreceptor.
