PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery unit capable of preventing an external connection terminal from being closed by a low-temperature molding resin by preventing an injected low-temperature molding resin from flowing in executing resin mold molding; to provide a battery; and to provide a method of manufacturing a battery. SOLUTION: This battery unit includes: a battery cell 11 with a negative electrode terminal and a positive electrode terminal arranged on a side surface of an oblong plate-like body; a battery board 14 arranged on the upper surface 11a of the battery cell 11 and having external connection terminals 10a electrically connected to the negative electrode terminal and the positive electrode terminal; a terminal cover 15 mounted to the battery board 14 by covering it, and having an external terminal window 15a for exposing the external connection terminals 10a; and a foam double-sided tape 18 arranged between the battery cell 11 and the battery board 14 for making compressive repulsion force directed toward the terminal cover 15 act on the battery board 14.
