PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pressure sensor device which is manufactured onto plastic substrates, reduced in weight, simplified in structure the process, and flexibile and upsized. SOLUTION: The pressure sensor has at least a source electrode, a drain electrodes, a gate electrode, an organic semiconductor layer, and a gate insulating layer, on an insulating substrate, at least one layer of the gate insulating layer is of an elastic layer having rubber elasticity.
