PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely cover over the opening part of a window frame not to cause a gap between a shielding member and the opening part of the window frame, whereby good appearance from the interior is achieved. SOLUTION: A lifting mechanism 10 disposed in the window frame 1 by an L-shaped fitting 70 to roll in and roll back one end of a lifting cord 12 is constituted to mount the lower end of the lifting cord 12 to the lower part with respect to the hanging direction of the shielding member 20 mounted to the indoor side of the window frame 1 through the member mounting means 40. Vector force is thereby applied toward the window frame 1 rather than the hanging direction of the shielding member 20, and the window frame 1 and the lower part of the shielding member 20 can be naturally settled. Even if there is a condition that vector force is not applied toward the window frame 1 rather than the hanging direction of the shielding member 20, the shielding member is the hanging direction of the mounting position, so that good appearance from the interior can be achieved not to present unnatural design nature.
