PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine for accelerating sales of a game hall and improving operations further by mitigating player's dissatisfaction. SOLUTION: When neither of a special game state of imparting a privilege to a player in the case that a variable display game becomes a special result and a prize stoppable state capable of stopping in a combination for turning the variable display game to the special result is generated, a conversion amount is turned to a first conversion amount and valuable data are converted into game media. When the special game state or the prize stoppable state is generated, the conversion amount is turned to a second conversion amount different from the first conversion amount and the valuable data are converted into the game media. Also, in both cases of converting the valuable data into the game media by the first conversion amount and the second conversion amount, a conversion rate from the valuable data to the game media is the same at all times.
