SOLUTION: In the pressure rice cooker comprising a rice cooker main body 11, a heating means (induction heating coil 16), a lid body 22, exhaust paths 30 and 31, a pressure feed means (relief valve 33 and pressure adjuster 36), a temperature detection means (temperature sensors 18 and 28), a pressure detection means (pressure sensor 29), and a control means (microcomputer 51), the control means compares a detected temperature Tn detected by the temperature detection means after the end of a temperature elevating process with a preset reference temperature T0, and performs the correction control of at least one of the pressure feed means and the heating means so as to be close to the reference temperature T0, or computes an atmospheric pressure differenceΔP on the basis of rice cooking information stored in a storage means (memory 52) and performs the correction control so as to reduce the atmospheric pressure difference on the basis of the computed value.
