Block distributor for a solid into fluids

A solid material such as insecticide or deodorant in block form is distributed directly into air or water from the block. this block of material is covered with an envelope and mounted into a dispenser. The block has a bore and is mounted on central hollow mandrel which allows circulation of water or air. When not in use the block is protected by a cap.
