The flip-flop has a logic device (6) connecting a logic signal with a pulse signal and outputting a set signal. Another logic device (7) connects a logical input signal with a complementary pulse signal and outputs a reset signal. A latch-device (14) has retaining transistors (17, 18) and an inverter (19) that maintain logical retaining level, which is adjusted to respective logical levels by corresponding push-pull-transistors. The push-pull-transistors are controlled by the set and reset signals, respectively, where the retaining level is tapped as stored logic condition of the logic signal.
