<p>The cylindrical- or cork shaped elastically deformable fastener for printing of ink or stamping of pattern, comprises a thin coating made of thermally activable material, which is applied on a part of the surface of the fastener. The surface of the fastener shows a micro-/nonporous structure (2) by mechanical-, chemical- or physical treatments. The fastener is made of plastic on the basis of foamed-, cross linked- or non cross-linked polymer, natural cork, and functional additives/fillers. The thermally activable material is activable by higher-energy electron- and microwave radiation. The thermally activable material is activable by a higher-energy electron- and microwave radiation. The coating is transparent for visible light and consists of polymer film from matrix. The matrix is made from thermally heavy activable transparent plastic embedded with thermally activable transparent plate-shaped particles. The thermally activable particles have a size of less than 100 nm. The layer thickness of the polymer film is 100 nm-100 mu m. The fastener shows a color pigment intended in the coating, and a cork-like- and/or any other color by addition of the color pigment.</p> |
