The neutron detector includes: a frame having a plurality of pores; a neutron scintillator engaged with the pores formed in the frame; and photo-detection unit having a photoelectric plane pixel to which an output signal from the neutron scintillator is inputted and obtaining a neutron image in accordance with the output signal from the photoelectric plane pixel.</p>
