An apparatus for manufacturing Korean traditional cookies designed to automatically perform the work such as frying raw material in oil and taking it out of oil is provided. The apparatus reduces edible oil consumption and is suitable for mass manufacture. The Korean traditional cookies making apparatus comprises: a lower mold part(100) containing a plurality of lower molds(110) and a lower mold installation part(120); an upper mold part(200) containing a plurality of upper molds(210) and an upper mold installation part(220); a driving part(300) to drive any one of the lower frame installation part and upper frame installation part; a raw material supply part installed at the upper part of the lower mold part to supply raw material; a Korean traditional cookies discharge part(500) installed at the lower part of the lower mold part to receive Korean traditional cookies from the lower mold; and a heating part installed on one side of the lower frame installation part and upper frame installation part to heat the upper mold and upper mold. |
