A charge pump circuit is provided to achieve high efficiency according to the amplitude of a load, by including a subsidiary unit for reducing switching resistance of a charging switch part and a discharging switch part. In a charge pump circuit including a charge capacitor(Cflying), a charging switch part(310a), a discharging switch part(310b) and an output capacitor, a subsidiary unit reduces switching resistance of the charging and discharging switch parts. The subsidiary unit is a switching unit which is one of a switch and a transistor.
