<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the levitation of a solar cell array by a simple structure, and to prevent the deterioration of power generating efficiency of the solar cell array. <P>SOLUTION: The photovoltaic power generator is provided with the solar cell array 11, a supporting mount 12, and a projected structure 13a. A choking space S1 is formed in a part of a space between the solar cell array 11 and a mounting surface 10 by the projected structure 13a. Airflow W, blown in between the solar cell array 11 and the mounting surface 10, passes through the choking space S1 whereby the same is choked once and released thereafter. At this time, the airflow W is accelerated in the choking space S1 by venturi effect whereby a pulling force due to a negative pressure is exerted on the solar cell array 11 positioned above the choking space. Namely, the pulling force is generated onto the lower surface of the solar cell array 11.
