ANTIZYME MODULATOR AND ITS USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agmatine analogue and a polyamine analogue not to be metabolized like agmatine and polyamine.

SOLUTION: The analogue is a polyamine analogue of spermine which contains four pieces of amine groups forming four pieces of positive electric charges at a physiological pH, and in which a first amine group and a second amine group, also a third amine group and a fourth amine group are distant from each other by the distance of four pieces of C-C bonds and/or C-N bonds, and the second amine group and the third amine group are distant from each other by the distance of five or more pieces of C-C bonds and/or C-N bonds, and which induces the manifestation of a full-length antizyme.
