PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further easily strengthen the security of electronic equipment such as a computer. SOLUTION: A chair 1 occupied to use a PC 2 comprises a pressure sensor 15 for detecting leaving of a user seated on the chair 1, and when the leaving of the user is detected, use restriction of the PC 2 is started. Distribution data of pressure applied to the chair when the user sits on the chair 1 for using the PC 2 is preliminarily stored, it is determined whether data matched with the pressure distribution data formed when the user sits on the chair 1 are stored or not, and when the matched data are stored, the use restriction of the PC 2 is released.
