PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing superior in high temperature durability to conventional one and suitable for a motor fan or a fan coupling in particular. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing comprises an inward member, an outward member, and a plurality of rolling elements rollingly arranged between the inward member and the outward member. In a cavity area formed between the inward member and the outward member where the rolling elements exist, a grease composition is filled which is formed by blending thickener in base oil containing specified branch alkyl side chain diphenyl ether oil.
