PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet film molding roll usable in a general existing sheet/film molding apparatus without complicating the structure of a drive system even in the case of rotary driving. SOLUTION: The sheet film molding roll is constituted so as to be provided with an inner cylinder member 20, which has elastic cylindrical shaft parts 21 and 22 at both ends thereof and are rotatably supported between both shaft parts in the state made rotatable through the bearing parts 26 and 27 by the shaft parts 21 and 22, the eccentric side plates 53 and 54 rotatably mounted on the shaft parts 21 and 22 of both ends of the inner cylinder member 20 and the metal elastic outer cylinder 50 which is rotatably supported by the eccentric side plates 53 and 54, has an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the inner cylinder member 20 and has a cylindrical metal elastic outer cylinder 50 having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the inner cylinder member 20 and is provided with a thin-walled structure wherein the inner cylinder member 20 is housed in a cylinder 68 and an inner peripheral surface 50A comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface 27A of the rubber roll 27 of the inner cylinder member 20. The rotation of the inner cylinder member 20 is transmitted to the metal elastic outer cylinder 50 by the meshing of inner gears 32 and 33 with outer gears 34 and 35. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
