PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device for performing incoming call control on the basis of the present biological information of a user. SOLUTION: The communication terminal device has a determining part for determining the notification/non-notification of an incoming call in accordance with an influence given to the user when the incoming call or the incoming call of non-notification is notified and the biological information of the user acquired by a biological information acquiring means. Otherwise the determining part may determine the notification/non-notification of the incoming call in accordance with date and hour information at the time of the incoming call, a keyword or the like, and the biological information of the user acquired by the biological information acquiring means.
