PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a joint box providing complicated branchings and connections even when cabling is increased and which is easily operated. SOLUTION: A side surface of a synthetic resin housing 1 has, for example, three pieces of connectors for connection 2 and one piece of connector for circuit checking 3 fixed on it. The connectors 2 are each integrated with a plurality of, for example, male type connecting terminals, an electric wire is connected between the male type terminals in the housing 1 and the connector 2 with another connector 2 or the male terminal with another male terminal in the same connector 2 are made to short circuit by the electric wire. Each connector 2 can be fitted with a mating connector 6 and the mating connector 6 is integrated with, for example, a female type connection terminal connected to the electric wire 7.
