PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing conductive fine particles which can reduce cost without using an expensive catalyst, obtains an even metal coating layer, and obtains greatly high temporal stability. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the conductive fine particles (E), microwave is irradiated to a mixture containing polymer fine particles (A), a compound (B) with a functional group (b) of high metal affinity, metal fine particles (C), and solvent D with relative permittivityεof 20-90 at 25°C. In other case, in the method of manufacturing the conductive fine particles (E), microwave is irradiated to a mixture containing polymer fine particles (F) each having the functional group (b) of high metal affinity on its surface, the metal fine particles (C), and the solvent D with relative permittivityεof 20-90 at 25°C.
