PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel technique which confirming the state where a proper amount of a concrete modifying agent is applied to the surface of a concrete structure visually, easily, certainly and objectively. SOLUTION: The execution confirming seal 1 of a concrete modifying material, which has a reaction layer 2 containing an acid and an indicator on its surface side, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on its back side and the barrier layer 4 between both layers 2 and 3, is bonded to the surface of the concrete structure in a dotted state and, when the concrete modifying agent is sprayed on the execution confirming seal 1, the acid contained in the reaction layer is subjected to the neutralization reaction with alkali contained in the concrete modifying agent and the indicator contained in the reaction layer shows color reaction. Accordingly, it is confirmed that a proper amount of the concrete modifying agent is applied. The barrier layer prevents the phenomenon where the alkali component eluted from the concrete structure 6 reaches the back side of the reaction layer to discolor the reaction layer.
