PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece fixing type cold heat shock testing machine having a simple structure for efficiently and certainly performing the cold heat shock of a workpiece by repeatedly performing the heating and cooling of the workpiece in the state where the workpiece is fixed in a predetermined position. SOLUTION: A workpiece 1 is fixed in a predetermined position by a workpiece fixing part 2. A heating chamber 3 and a cooling chamber 4 are alternately engaged with the workpiece 1 provided in a fixing position and the heating and cooling of the workpiece are repeatedly performed. By this constitution, a cold heat shock test is performed in the state where the workpiece is fixed in the predetermined position, and the heating chamber 3 and the cooling chamber 4 are preheated and precooled.
