PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling storage capable of maintaining stable cooling performance and improving its usability as the cooling storage without providing an air feeding path in the cooling storage. SOLUTION: This cooling storage is provided with a cooling storage body 1 having a refrigerating chamber 12 surrounded by thermal insulating walls 9, a Stirling refrigerator 4 for generating cold heat by a reverse Stirling cycle, and a heat radiation system for discharging hot heat generated by the Stirling refrigerator 4. A cover 15 arranged at a position for covering an opening provided on a rear surface of the cooling storage body 1 is formed to project from the rear surface of the cooling storage body 1.
